Tips for Test Prep

• Utilize the free online Kahn Academy SAT test prep through College Board.  You can link directly to Kahn through the College Board website.
• Be certain to take the PSAT as a junior in October.  Test practice is often the best way to prepare for the actual test.  Score reports are detailed and give students a wealth of information.
• Enroll in our SAT & ACT test prep courses under the direction of one of our veteran teacher.  Registration begins in January.  The courses run ahead of the spring test dates purposely to give students up to the minute review before testing.  
• Enroll in one on one private test prep.  Seek contact information from your son or daughter’s counselor for names of professionals who are available for private test prep.
• Consider test prep through Kaplan or Princeton Review.  Often, both companies will run a satellite course here in the community for interested parties.  
• Last, but not least, we are currently purchasing and obtaining the license for students to do on-line prep through ACT.org.  More information to come shortly.
