Project 2021 Update

• Phase 1 Completion - Phase 1 was substantially completed on August 31, 2019. All contracts have been closed out.

• Phase 2 Bidding - Bids were received in November 2019 and contracts were awarded in December 2019.

• Phase 2 Construction - Construction is underway and will continue through 2021.
