Facilities Audit
In the winter of 2021, Skaneateles Schools asked the New York State School Facilities Association (NYSSFA) to conduct a facilities assessment to evaluate the overall functionality and efficiencies throughout the buildings and grounds departments. Over the course of several on-site visits and individual meetings with school personnel, NYSSFA was able to compile a report of not only the specific findings through their research but also recommendations on how to improve on important procedures and efficiencies to increase the overall effectiveness of these departments. The final assessment report can be found below.
