SKANEATELES, NY (March 17, 2017) – Fourth-grade students at State Street Intermediate School provided fellow students, teachers, and family an opportunity to walk through history as a part of their annual Wax Museum of Famous Americans held at the school on Thursday.

The day consisted of two sessions.  An afternoon session was held for third and fifth-grade students to take a tour, while an evening session was put on for the public.

A tradition carried on for decades, the fourth-grade students lined the hallways of State Street School dressed as famous Americans they have studied, posing along with cleverly placed props.

Traveling from the year 1722 to 1982 and beyond - students portrayed the likes of Samuel Adams and George Washington, Thomas Edison and Milton Hershey, even Neil Armstrong and Muhammad Ali.
