Students Create Self-Guided Native American Expo
Students were able to stroll through a “Native American Expo” on a self-guided tour recently in the Middle School Library.
Mrs. Usifer’s 7th grade social studies students spent the past two weeks researching and creating presentations on traditional Native American life.
Each class period chose a Native American Culture Group, and with help from materials in the library, recorded video presentations and created projects for a museum-style exhibition.
The projects were set-up in the library on Monday and for the rest of the week, the students walked around the “Native American Expo” on a self-guided adventure.
