A separate, written Individualized Home Instruction Plan (IHIP) must be submitted for each child of compulsory school age that will be instructed at home. IHIPs are due by August 15th or within four weeks of receiving a response to a Letter of Intent to Homeschool, whichever is later.
Quarterly reports should be submitted four times per year as specified in the IHIP.
An annual assessment must be submitted for each child receiving home instruction.
