Hi, Everyone,

Every grade level has been doing research in the library the last two weeks.  We've, actually, had to use computer labs in the high school several days to accommodate all the students. 

The "Girls Only" Literary Lunch group is reading Girl, Missing  by Sophie McKenzie.  The "Boys Only" group is reading Colder Than Hell, a book written by a local war helo, Joseph Owen.  Mr. Owen will come in to introduce the book and then return in a month to discuss it and answer questions!

We're looking forward to the Poetry Jam, a time when 8th-grade students come in and read a piece of poetry they have written.  We decorate the library to make it look like a '60's coffee shop.  we're hoping the jazz band will provide a little ambiance!
