State Street Students Build Character Strengths at Orenda Springs

SKANEATELES, NY (October 22, 2018) – State Street Intermediate students returned to Orenda Springs last week to enjoy the outdoor experiences associated with the Marcellus experiential learning center.

Orenda Springs sets out to provide outdoor experiences that foster a deeper understanding of self, others and nature.  Through individual and group activities, participants discover the power within themselves and others to expand beyond their personal limits and positively impact the world around them. 

Fifth grade students at State Street were the latest to take advantage of the opportunities provided at Orenda Springs.

The students worked as a team to build on and discover new character strengths as they worked together through adventure, education and motivation at the learning center.
