SMS Students to Take Part in World's Largest Pet Walk on Saturday

SKANEATELES, NY (September 25, 2018) – Skaneateles Middle School students will be taking part in the Pet Partners World’s Largest Pet Walk on Saturday, September 29 at 2:30 p.m. in Austin Park with SMS therapy dog, Coco.

Certified through Pet Partners, Coco will lead anyone that wants to join through Austin Park on Saturday as a celebration of Pet Partners Walk With Me program.

Anyone interested in joining can sign up in Mrs. Rogala’s room to get an official walking bib.  There is no fee to participate.

Those who take part are encouraged to tag Pet Partners on social media and post using the hashtags #WorldsLargestPetWalk and #PetPartners.

On Friday, September 28, CoCo will lead students on their own version of the pet walk through the Skaneateles Middle School Commons from 2:25 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
