The mission of the Skaneateles Central Schools is to provide positive and successful learning experiences for all students.
Skaneateles High School, recognized in U.S. News and World Report and Newsweek Magazine as one of America’s Top Public High Schools and recognized for its high four year completion rate, is most proud of its comprehensive academic program combined with a wide variety of co-curricular opportunities. As a former National School of Excellence and National Schools of Character semifinalist, the school recently added a school-to- work shadowing program to its repertoire of school wide initiatives. With over 90% of our students going on to higher education, our focus is to ready our students for the future and to develop civic minded citizens .
